Olive is currently served by four Elders.  The Elders keep a pulse on the congregation and along with the Pastors guide and direct the mission and spiritual well being of the church. 

Sandi Richard serves as our Elder Chair.  She has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and works in Developmental Therapy.  She also is a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.  Along with her husband Sid, she had three adult children.  Sandi enjoys sports, table games, reading, photography, and enjoying her family.

Mike Martin is serving on his third term as an elder.  Mike and his wife Sue have a large dairy farm.  They have four adult children.

Seth Haines is serving in his second year as an Elder in Training.  After graduating from Indiana University in 2008, he works at Play It Again Sports, and is a volunteer with 5-Star, a local ministry with youth.

Abby Miller joined the elder team this year as an Elder in Training.  She graduated from Bethel College in Newton, Kansa in 2009.  After working for convention planning at MCUSA in summer 2009, she is now working in the Concord Schools.  She is engaged to Andy Findley, and they plan to marry in August, 2010.
